The Program 

LEARN HOW TO COOK DELICIOUS PLANT BASED CUISINE

At the luxi vegan retreat your day will start with breakfast which will start at 7.30 am until 8.30 a small break and then we will resume with a yoga class for approx one hour after that we will look at fermentation and kefir making also making medicine from herbs with a small break before lunch which is served between 1-2pm when lunch is finished we will start the cooking courses learning about a plant based diet and how we can incorporate this into daily life making various breakfasts / lunches / dinner / desserts / and snacks that you can easily make at home.

We will then end the day with a  yoga class and free time.
