Our culinary courses at Luxi Vegan are the highlight of this journey by helping people to understand a plant based diet and equip them with knowledge and a practical approach to this art felt cuisine.
our aim is to create a heathy approach to life with a better understanding of how to achieve this through practice experience and teaching. we like your involvement as much as possible and we will be eating the fruits of our labour each day to sample a full culinary experience.

There are of course many books in the market place to also help you on this journey but nothing is better than actually practical experience in the kitchen sou rounded by like minded people and having fun in the process.
Various types of yoga are practiced by qualified instructors.
OUR INGREDIENTS
FRESH ORGANIC AND PURE
Luxi Vegans menu consists of the finest fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables from our own organic garden. We source organic pulses, grains, seeds and healthy fats. Whilst excluding dairy, diet sweeteners and of course meat. We have a selection of vegan wines to choose from should you wish.
Our guests enjoy communal meals together, either alfresco dinning on the terrace or in the intimate dinning room, giving the opportunity to discuss the day's events, recipes, food and healthy options and hopefully meeting like minded people who can also share their vegan experiences.

Our culinary cooking courses are based on organic plant based cuisine with various breakfasts ,lunch ,dinner ,desserts, and snacks for everyone to enjoy. Our aim is to show people how everyday meals and firm family favourites can be achieved by using plant based proteins and healthy options as opposed to meat and dairy.
Plant based lifestyle is becoming ever more popular in modern day society and although supermarkets are now displaying more choice than ever before, we believe at The luxi vegan retreat that it is important to be able to recreate fresh tasty home made food from scratch and our aim is to show you that it's not as difficult as you might think given the correct guidance and help , our guests will be given the opportunity of getting involved and sampling our daily delights in this home from home relaxed retreat.
Inspired by nature we prefer to work with seasonal fruits and vegetables this is a must for us , recreating wonderfully wholesome dishes from around the world giving such a variety and taste , plant based cuisine should be ever inspiring. We also incorporate a vegan wine tasting evening for those who wish to take part.

Our cooking courses are a firm favourite with guests defiantly breaking the ice as everyone is involved in the food prep and cooking of breakfast lunch and dinners favourite snacks alike, there are certain cooking tools to make life much easier which you will also discover enjoy the recipe demonstrations in a relaxed informative atmosphere which is great for everyone we answer questions as we go along and you will easily be able to recreate these recipes at home as part of your vegan journey.
